5:00 p.m.               Budget and Wastewater Discussion – Work Meeting

  • Call to order
  • Meet with Town Counsel Michael Ford in Executive Session
  • To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property
Motion:  Move to go into Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.

  • Meet with Town Counsel Michael Ford in Open Session:
  • Review State’s HCP question why and how we operate the south portion of Nauset Beach without an order of conditions
  • Review MEPA requirements and ramifications for Nauset Beach ORV program as part of low-effect permit application
  • Vote whether or not to proceed with MEPA filing
  • Town Administrator’s interim plan to fill the Natural Resources Manager position
  • Wastewater Discussion – Follow up from March 17th meeting
  • Review of revised scope of work for RFQ #2 for Wastewater and Septage Management Planning Services
  • Review draft scope of work for RFQ #3 Namskaket Marsh Restoration and Protection
  • Review draft article on Comprehensive Water Resource Management Planning
  • Continue with FY15 Budget review
  • Continue with FY16 – FY20 CIP review
  • Continue with review of Annual and Special Town Meeting Warrants
  • Consider Todd Thayer’s offer to donate house for visitor center on Depot Square property
  • Agenda items held over from March 19 Meeting
  • Resolution request Cape Abilities and Autism Speaks New England
  • Resolution request Equal Pay Day
  • Any Other Items for Future Agendas
